Notes from Bows:
Multiple Oromo smallholders contribute the coffees collected at the Yukro washing station in Wanja Kersa. Agaro has an earlier harvest season and typically land well ahead of other regions' coffees and continually open up with rest in storage, so expect this one to transform over the couple months we'll run it. This is a fully washed Agaro and our first Ethiopian release, though later than usual because of Yemeni solidarity with Palestine restricting Suez/Red Sea traffic. Shipping companies affiliated with Israel are forcibly rerouted. There are more important things to talk about, but for those fixated on the cup, expect subtle florals (jasmine, violet), starfruit and lemon curd.
