This is the same great coffee we chose last, from our friends at Bella Vista. This coffee is comprised from several small farms, all around Antigua. The cherries were brought to Bella Vista where Luis Pedro Zalaya has a state of the art wet mill. They do such a great job at preserving the flavour, that this coffee really represents the best of Antigua. We will roast this coffee slightly darker than usual, so it's extra crowd pleasing and will work well for filter or espresso.
