We're pleased to bring back Elias Roa Parra's EA decaf lot to our menu this season. Elias is a longtime coffee producer, originally from Acevedo, Huila. While he still maintains a few farms in his home region, Tamana in El Pital has become the crown jewel of his operations. At Tamana, Elias has honed his craft, implementing more precise processing techniques and better drying methods. He now cultivates a wide range of coffee varieties, including some older stock and African cultivars. Elias runs the farm alongside his wife Bellanid, daughter Derlin, and son-in-law Diego Campos, who all help manage Tamana as well as Elias' other plots of land in La Plata.
